Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Introduction

This Policy explains how the Placy project handles information relating to visitors of https://placy-ar.com and people who contact us through the website.

Website operator: Maxim Shtok, an individual.

Location: United Arab Emirates.

Privacy contact: [email protected].

Placy is currently an early-stage product conducting market validation and free pilot projects. The website does not currently provide user accounts, paid services or online purchasing.

2. Information we collect

When a person submits the contact form, we may receive:

  • their name;
  • email address;
  • message;
  • company name and other information voluntarily included in the message.

Our website infrastructure may automatically process an IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, pages requested, referring page, technical logs and error information.

Please do not submit identification documents, payment information, sensitive personal data or confidential information concerning another person.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to an inquiry;
  • discuss a potential pilot project;
  • demonstrate Placy;
  • assess interest in the product;
  • maintain website security and performance;
  • prevent spam and abuse;
  • comply with applicable law.

We do not add contact-form users to promotional mailing lists without separate consent.

4. Legal grounds

We process contact-form data on the basis of the consent given before submission and to respond to a request or take steps requested by the user in connection with a possible pilot project.

Consent can be withdrawn by emailing [email protected].

5. Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LTSJXP8QMN), provided by Google, to obtain aggregated information about how the website is used.

Analytics is switched off by default. Nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set until the visitor allows analytics in the cookie banner. The choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Once allowed, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors between visits, and may process an IP address and device information in accordance with Google’s own terms.

The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated website-performance and traffic information. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics, profile individual visitors or track them across websites.

Placy does not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies.

Independently of analytics, the website stores a small number of entries in the browser’s local storage so that it can function: the chosen interface language, the cookie choice described above, and a contact-form draft that has not been sent yet. These are not used to track visitors and are not transmitted to third parties.

If further optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, they will remain disabled until the required user consent is obtained, and this Policy will be updated.

6. Providers and infrastructure

Cloudflare and the website hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) may process limited technical information to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

Where the visitor has allowed analytics, Google processes the analytics information described in section 5.

Contact-form submissions are relayed by the Web3Forms service and sent to [email protected].

Providers may access information only as necessary to perform the relevant function.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their independent advertising.

7. International transfers

Some technical providers may process information outside the visitor’s country. Before a separate Russian version of the contact form is launched, its infrastructure must be reviewed for compliance with Russian data-localisation and cross-border-transfer requirements.

8. Retention

Contact requests and related correspondence are retained until the communication is completed and for no longer than three years after the last interaction, unless longer retention is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Technical logs are retained for no longer than 12 months unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

A person may request earlier deletion.

9. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including access restrictions, protected transmission, account controls and software maintenance.

No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

10. Individual rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request:

  • information about processing;
  • access to their information;
  • correction;
  • withdrawal of consent;
  • deletion where retention is no longer required;
  • restriction or objection where available under applicable law.

Requests should be sent to [email protected]. We may reasonably verify the identity of the requester.

11. Children

The website is intended for business representatives and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

12. Changes

The current version will be posted on this page with its revision date.
